HOW DO I EDIT MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?
If you have not received your delivery in the specified time frame, please email your Name, Order Number and Order Date to customercare@proluxe.co.uk and we will immediately look into the same.

MY DELIVERY IS INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Any shortfalls or incorrect items need to be notified to us in writing on the day of receipt. Please email us including your Name and Order Reference to customercare@proluxe.co.uk.
